MERASAKAN kelembutan dan kehalusan bahasa Al-Qur’an menjadi kebahagiaan tersendiri bagi orang beriman ketika membacanya. Sebab selain makna dan kandungannya yang berlaku sepanjang masa hingga Hari Kiamat, Al-Qur’an juga memiliki daya i’jaz (the power of mukjizat) pada setiap pemilihan kalimat, kata, serta dalam deretan huruf-huruf Al-Qur’an sekalipun.

Sensani lathaif at-tafsir lughawiyah (kehalusan tafsir) tersebut dilukiskan secara detail oleh Mufassir Muhammad Ali ash-Shabuni ketika menerangkan kelembutan ayat-ayat dalam Surah al-Fatihah.

Hal ini bisa dibaca lebih jauh dalam kitab Tafsir Ayat al-Ahkam Min al-Qur’an (Cetakan Dar ash-Shabuni, Kairo: 2007, cetakan pertama). Berikut penjelasannya:

Kesatu: Allah Ta’ala memerintahkan ta’awudz (membaca a’udzu billahi min asy-syaithani ar-rajim) sebelum membaca al-Qur’an.

Menurut Ja’far ash-Shadiq, perintah ta’awudz tersebut hanya dikhususkan ketika membaca al-Qur’an, sedang hal itu tak diwajibkan untuk ibadah dan amal kebaikan lainnya.

Hikmahnya antara lain, sebab terkadang lisan seorang hamba bergelimang dosa dengan dusta, ghibah, atau mengadu domba. Olehnya, Allah menyuruh orang itu ber-ta’awudz agar lisannya menjadi bersih kembali sebelum membaca ayat yang turun dari Zat Yang Mahasuci lagi Bersih.

Kedua: Adanya ayat basmalah di ayat pertama. Yaitu lafadz bismillahirrahirrahmanirrahim. Ayat basmalah yang mengawali surah al-Fatihah memberi indikasi yang terang agar seluruh amal perbuatan seorang Muslim juga wajib didahului dengan bacaan basmalah. Hal ini selaras dengan hadits Nabi.

“Setiap urusan kehidupan yang tidak diawali dengan ucapan bimillahirrahmanirrahim maka dia akan terputus.” (Riwayat Abu Daud).

Ketiga: Pengucapan lafadz “bismillah” (dengan nama Allah) dan tidak mengatakan “billahi” (dengan (zat) Allah). Meski ada yang menganggap penyebutan keduanya bermakna sama., namun yang benar adalah masing-masing memiliki arti yang beda. Bahwa lafadz “bismillah” dipakai untuk mengharap berkah dari Allah (tabarruk) sedang “billahi” digunakan ketika seseorang bersumpah atas nama Allah (qasam).

Keempat: Penamaan yang berbeda antara lafadz “Allah” dan “al-Ilah”. Nama “Allah” khusus dipakai untuk nama agung Allah Tuhan semesta alam. Tak ada sekutu bagi-Nya dan tak ada sesembahan selain diri-Nya (la ma’buda bi haqqin illa ilaihi). Sedang nama “al-Ilah” digunakan untuk menyebut Tuhan secara umum. Berhala yang disembah oleh orang musyrik, misalnya, juga dinamai dengan sebutan “al-Ilah”.

Kelima : Kandungan makna ayat “bismillahirrahirrahmanirrahim”. Di antaranya adalah memohon berkah dengan nama Allah dan pernyataan ketinggian Zat Allah. Ayat ini sekaligus berfungsi sebagai penangkal jitu untuk seluruh makar jahat setan kepada manusia. Sebab setan akan kabur acap lafadz basmalah ini dibaca. Lebih jauh, menurut Ali ash-Shabuni, ayat ini mengandung makna penegasan kepada orang-orang musyrik yang selama ini mengagungkan nama-nama selain Allah dalam setiap urusan mereka.

Keenam: Adanya huruf alif lam (al-makrifah) pada kata “al-hamdu”. Suatu pujian yang sempurna kepada Allah. Oleh Ali ash-Shabuni, pujian tersebut dengan sendirinya meredupkan bahkan melenyapkan seluruh yang lain di luar Sang Khaliq (istighraq al-jinsi). Huruf alif lam (al-makrifah) tersebut juga mengisyaratkan sanjungan kepada Allah  yang bersifat kontinuitas, bukan suatu pujian yang dibuat-buat apalagi dipaksakan.

Ketujuh: Penyebutan “ar-Rahman ar-Rahim” yang datang setelah lafadz “Rabb al-Alamin”. Sebab boleh dikata nama “Tuhan semesta alam” menyiratkan makna kesombongan, kekuasaan, dan keperkasaan. Kesan seperti itu terkadang melahirkan kebimbangan bahwa Tuhan itu tidak menyayangi hamba-Nya. Ujungnya, sangkaan sepintas itu memunculkan putus asa dan ketakutan seorang hamba. Untuk itu, lafadz tersebut menguatkan bahwa Rabb yang dimaksud adalah Maha Pengasih lagi Maha Penyayang bagi seluruh makhluk-Nya.

Kedelapan : Penyebutan “iyyaka na’budu wa iyyaka nasta’in”. Penyebutan dhamir khithab (kata ganti kedua) menunjukkan dialog kedekatan hamba dengan Rabbnya. Allah tak memiliki jarak untuk mengabulkan doa dan memberi pertolongan kepada hamba-hamba-Nya. Abu Hayyan al-Andalusi, pengarang kitab Tafsir al-Bahru al-Muhith menambahkan, seolah-olah orang tersebut menghadirkan Allah secara nyata di hadapannya ketika sedang bermunajat kepada-Nya.

Kesembilan : Penggunaan kata jamak dalam lafadz “na’budu” (kami menyembah) dan “nasta’in” (kami memohon pertolongan). Sebuah pemilihan kata yang sangat halus kala seorang hamba datang mengetuk perkenan Allah, Zat Yang Maha Pencipta. Seolah ia berkata, wahai Tuhanku, aku tak lain adalah hamba-Mu yang papa lagi hina. Tak pantas bagiku menghadap seorang diri di hadapan cahaya kemuliaan-Mu. Untuk itu aku memilih berbaris bersama orang-orang yang juga memohon kepada-Mu dan ikut berdoa bersama mereka. Terimalah doaku dan doa kami semua.

Kesepuluh: Penyandaran kata nikmat kepada Allah dalam lafadz “an’amta” (yang Engkau beri nikmat). Sebaliknya, kata marah (ghadhab) dan sesat atau penyesatan (dhalal) tidak disandarkan kepada-Nya. Ini terlihat ketika Allah menyebut kata “an’amta alaihim” (yang Engka beri nikmat atas mereka) tapi tidak mengucap “ghadhabta alaihim”(yang Engkau marahi atas mereka) atau “adhlalta alaihim” (yang Engkau sesatkan atas mereka).*/Masykur Abu Jaulah
